We accept Visa, MasterCard, or regular account payments all through PayPal. All transactions will be in Sterling.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch the stocked items in 2-5 working days after the confirmation of your purchase.

Important information for customers from EU countries:

You may be liable for any import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Customers are responsible for all duties and customs fees. Customs and import duties may be levied by your local government.

All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

Refund Policy

We offer a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt of order on all regularly priced items. All sales are final after 14 days of receipt except sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected and it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ansae.co.uk to check if we have replacement stock and send your damaged item to:

All exchange shipping fee will be full charge. 

We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
