We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. All transactions will be in Sterling.

We aim to dispatch the stocked items in 2-5 working days after the confirmation of your purchase.

Important information for customers from outside EU countries:

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Product description
We have made every effort to ensure product photographs, description and details listed on the site are accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur. Please note all measurements are approximate.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for all duties and customs fees. Customs and import duties may be levied by your local government.

All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

Refund Policy

We offer a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt of order on all regularly priced items. 

All sales are final after 14 days of receipt except sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected and it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ansae.co.uk to check if we have replacement stock and send your damaged item to:

We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

We will not divulge your email, postal address or telephone number to any other company. We may contact you either by post, email or telephone, primarily as customer service following up on any issues with an order or to answer any questions you may have.

If we change our privacy policy, we will post these changes to the web site so users are aware of what information we collect

Mailing List
We send an email newsletter out when we have new exhibition. Our mailing list consists solely of the email address of individuals who left sign up via our website mailing list link; at a trade show or exhibition; at our studio events; customers who place online orders; or those with requests for samples or information about our products. We hold our mailing list on Mailchimp which includes an unsubscribe feature that is effective instantly and permanently. You can find this at the bottom of every newsletter.

Ansae's Policy
Protecting your data is really important to us. We only collect data that is needed to conduct our business efficiently, and we use any information carefully, and in accordance with current data legislation.
We do not rent, sell or exchange information with outside companies for mailing or marketing purposes, and we would never disclose the information we hold unless we are obliged to do so by law.

When you place an order with us via our website, by email or telephone, we require the information to fulfil that transaction. This includes name, address, email address and telephone number. Our Service Providers
Our website is hosted by Shopify and online transactions are processed through Shopify Payments or PayPal.  We use Mailchimp for our mailing list. All of these organisations are GDPR compliant, and each will have their own privacy policy which can be accessed on their relevant websites.

Removing Your Information From Mailing List
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list via the unsubscribe link on the bottom of every newsletter we send out. This is effective immediately and permanently.
